About me
I grew up in Lilburn, GA a city just outside of Atlanta. I fell in love with stage management my senior year of high school. Theatre has always been a big part of my life growing up. The spotlight at center stage may interest some people, but the action behind the curtain and in the booth interests me. I received a BFA in theatre management from Auburn University. From there, I have gained interest in all areas of management from stage management, production management, event management, company management, and house management to name a few. I even dabbled in the media and film world to see how my skills in theatre can be applied and what differs. The art of overseeing the smooth operational running of the theatre is something I enjoy. I am passionate about women empowerment, diversity and inclusion, and true collaboration. I am a Freelance Stage Manager based out of Chicago, IL. I currently serve as the Production Liaison at the Annoyance Theatre and Bar in the Belmont Theatre District. Upcoming ProjectsMay 2024: Stage Manager for A.B.L.E. (Artists Breaking Limits & Expectations) at Chicago Shakespeare Theater.
June 2024: Stage Manager for Bramble Theatre Company's Festival of Unfinished Work. Summer 2024: Production Stage Manager for Carousel at Music Theater Works. Fall 2024: Stage Manager for Coronation at Refracted Theatre Company. |
